연구실 소개

이재혁 교수의 연구실은 대장암, 난소암, 자궁경부암 등 다양한 종양의 생물학적 특성과 전임상적 기전을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 종양 미세환경, 염증 반응, 종양 마커 및 유전자 메틸화와 같은 분자 생물학적 기전을 통해 암의 진행과 예후를 이해하고자 합니다. 또한, 세균성 패혈증 및 중증 감염 환자의 생존 예측 모델 개발과 같은 임상적 응용 연구도 병행하고 있습니다.

Our results suggest that methylation of E-cadherin is a frequent, early event in gastric carcinoma progression, and is correlated significantly with downregulated E-cadherin expression. 지속가능한 생태관광을 위한 평가지표 개발 및 적용에 관한 연구

최근 환경에 대한 인식과 관광 산업이 성장하면서 세계적으로 확대되고 있는 생태관광은 지역 발전 전략을 위한 대안으로도 간주되고 있다. 더 나아가 생태관광은 지속가능한 개발을 위한 효과적인 도구로도 잠재성이 있는 것으로까지 인지되고 있다. 그러나 생태관광개발이 잘 계획되지 못하거나 잘못 실행되는 경우 생태관광이란 이름 하에서 가져온 경제적인 이익이 오히려 사회·생태적인 파괴를 가져오기도 한다, 본 연구는 생태관광의 지속가능성을 측정·평가할 수 있는 지표를 개발하고 개발된 평가지표를 한국의 10대 생태관광지에 적용하는데 목적을 두었다. 개발된 평가지표들을 사용한 결과 여러 생태관광지를 동시에 비교하여 생태관광지 마다의 지속가능성 상태와 특성을 확인할 수 있었으며, 개발된 평가지표 체계는 앞으로도 지속가능한 생태관광을 모니터링할 수 있음을 보여주었다. 특히 평가 영역별 가중치를 달리 부여한 결과 나타난 민감도 분석에서 순위 변화가 매우 작아서 평가 영역별 가중치 부여 문제가 심각하지 않을
