연구실 소개
이재성 교수의 연구실은 스마트워크 기반의 디지털 전환과 지방정부의 혁신적 거버넌스 개선을 핵심으로 삼고 있습니다. 특히 스마트 기기 활용에 따른 업무환경 변화와 정책적 지원 체계 구축, 지방정부의 역량 강화 및 주민참여제도의 혁신적 도입을 중심으로 연구를 전개하고 있습니다. 의료 영상 기반의 뇌 구조 분석과 신경영상 기술의 임상적 응용에 있어서도 정밀한 표준 템플릿 개발을 통해 뇌과학 분야의 기초 연구를 견인하고 있습니다. 이러한 연구들은 기술, 정책, 의료의 융합을 통해 사회적 가치를 창출하고자 하는 통합적 연구 철학을 바탕으로 하고 있습니다.

최근 들어 스마트 폰 사용의 확대로 우리 생활에 큰 변화가 나타나기 시작했다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 스마트기기의 활용으로 나타나고 있는 스마트워크에 대하여 살펴보고 우리나라 스마트워크의 발전 방안을 찾고자 하였다. 전 세계적으로 인터넷 사용의 환경이 최고라 할 수 있는 우리나라의 스마트워크는 다른 나라에 비하여 뒤쳐져 있는 상황이다. 따라서 범 정부적 차원에서 스마트워크에 대한 정책적 지원과 민・관이 협력할 필요가 있다. 스마트워크가 활성화되기 위한 본 연구의 제안으로 먼저 스마트워크에 대한 인식의 변화이다. 지금까지의 산업화에 따른 면대면 관리감독의 업무환경을 벗어나 자율적이고 창의적인 업무환경을 만들어 가는 것이 중요하다. 둘째, 스마트워크에 대한 법적 정의 및 유형을 명확히 할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 스마트 기기의 보안 강화이다. 그리고 정부와 민간이 공동으로 스마트워크센터를 구축하고 민・관이 협력하는 것이 필요하다.

In recent years, silicon photomultiplier (SiPM) is replacing the photomultiplier tube (PMT) in positron emission tomography (PET) systems due to its superior properties, such as fast single-photon timing response, small gap between adjacent photosensitive pixels in the array, and insensitivity to magnetic fields.
