연구실 소개

신재정 교수의 연구실은 반도체 공정에서의 라이트그래피 특성과 라인 에지 거칠기(LER)의 상관관계를 고해상도 원자력 현미경을 활용해 정량적으로 분석하며, 특히 아르플루오르화 레이저(ARF) 라이트그래피 기반의 미세공정 최적화에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 또한, 생물학적 활성 단백질인 유르키나제 플라스미노겐 활성제의 크링글 도메인을 활용한 항혈관생성 및 항암 작용 메커니즘 규명, 심장질환의 성별 차이를 고려한 생물학적 기반 연구도 진행하고 있습니다. 최근에는 저궤도 위성 컨스텔레이션 설계를 통한 지역별 비연속적 정찰 위성 시스템의 최적화 기법 개발도 연구 영역에 포함하고 있습니다.

We report the results of an experimental study of the correlations between line edge roughness (LER) and aerial image contrast for different lithographies in identical processing conditions. The characterization has been performed using atomic force microscopy carbon nanotube tips to image the top and bottom of trenches with very high resolution.
