연구실 소개
한장희 교수의 연구실은 복합적 병변을 가진 소아 유방질환, 비만 및 대사질환과 관련된 대사 경로의 기전 규명, 난소암 및 전립선암 등 암의 전이 메커니즘과 치료 전략 개발, 신장 및 요로 종양의 영상 기반 진단 및 자동 분할 기술, 비뇨기계 질환의 진단 및 치료 전략 최적화를 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히, 유전자 변이가 연관된 암의 대사 재프로그래밍과 자율적 세포 소포체 기반 신호 전달 경로의 기전 규명에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 임상적 적용이 가능한 정밀의료 기반 진단 및 치료 전략 개발을 목표로 하고 있습니다.
