연구실 소개
이장익 교수의 연구실은 순환기계능 모니터링 기술과 신경외과적 질환의 기전 및 치료법에 중점을 두고 있으며, 특히 맥박전행시간 측정 기술을 활용한 비침습적 심혈관 모니터링 기기 개발과 함께, 척추 및 말초신경 병변에 기인한 만성 통증의 해부학적 기전과 수술적 치료 전략에 대한 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히, 전립선암 수술 후 성기능 장애 개선을 위한 약물 치료 효과 평가 및 신경압박에 의한 신경통의 진단 및 치료에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 이러한 연구들은 임상적 적용 가능성이 높은 실용적 기술 개발을 목표로 하고 있습니다.

15This Bayesian network meta-analysis demonstrated the comparative effectiveness of fifteen antimicrobial treatments for drug-resistant A. baumannii pneumonia in critically ill patients. For survival benefit, SUL appears to be the best treatment followed by HD SUL, FOS + IV COL, IH COL + IV COL, HD TIG, and IV COL therapy, in numerical order.
ATDILI is more likely to occur in patients with <i>NAT2</i> slow acetylator genotype, <i>CYP2E1 RsaI/PstI c1/c1</i> genotype and <i>GSTM1</i> null genotype. Close monitoring may be warranted for patients with these genotypes.
