연구실 소개
박정호 교수의 연구실은 만성 난치성 병변, 특히 당뇨병성 발저림과 같은 치료에 어려움을 겪는 만성 상처 치유에 초점을 맞춘 유전자 치료 기법 개발을 주요 연구 방향으로 삼고 있습니다. 또한 신경계 및 전신성 염증성 질환인 류마티스성 질환의 병태생리와 진단, 치료 반응 평가에도 깊이 관여하고 있으며, 특히 신경백태성 베체트병과 같은 희귀 신경질환에 대한 임상적 접근법을 모색하고 있습니다. 이와 더불어 조류의 전염성 질병 예방을 위한 유전자 백신 및 면역조절 단백질의 응용 연구를 병행하여, 임상적 적용 가능성을 높이는 데 기여하고 있습니다.
