연구실 소개

박정훈 교수의 연구실은 환경 오염 물질의 생물가용성과 생분해 메커니즘을 중심으로 한 환경생물학적 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 토양에 흡착된 농약 및 유기오염물질의 생물학적 분해 과정을 정량적으로 평가하기 위한 DBM 모델 개발과 함께, 다양한 미생물과 토양 조건이 오염물질 제거에 미치는 영향을 연구하고 있습니다. 또한, 생체재료 및 조직공학 분야에서도 3D 프린팅 기반의 생체적합성 인공 기도 등 신소재 개발을 통해 의료용 기기의 기계적 안정성과 생체적합성을 동시에 확보하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다.

The degradation of naphthalene was studied in soil-slurry systems, and a quantitative model was developed to evaluate the bioavailability of sorbed-phase contaminant.
