연구실 소개
조정연 교수의 연구실은 주로 MRI 기반 영상 분석을 중심으로 난소암, 자궁내막암, 태반막질질환 및 태아 신생물 등 다양한 부인과 및 산과 영상의학 분야에서의 정밀 진단 기법을 개발하고 있습니다. 특히 ADC 맵의 히스토그램 분석을 통한 종양의 조직학적 등급 예측, 출생 전 영상 소견을 통한 태아 종양 조기 진단, 그리고 복합성 종양(예: 충돌 종양)의 영상 특징 분석에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 연구는 임상적 실용성과 환자 맞춤형 진료 계획 수립에 기여할 수 있도록 영상 정보의 정밀 분석과 임상 연계를 중시합니다.

15Histogram analysis of ADC maps based on entire tumor volume can be useful for predicting the histological grade of endometrial cancer. The 90th and 95th percentiles of ADC were the most promising parameters for differentiating high from low grade.
Preoperative imaging for ovarian teratoma revealed a collision tumor in six of seven cases. The possibility of a collision tumor should be considered when an ovarian teratoma has imaging findings that cannot be explained solely by an ovarian teratoma.

The measurement of degree and heterogeneity of enhancement on contrast-enhanced MDCT may be a simple and useful method to differentiate between the different types of small RCCs.
Rapid accumulation of blood from the placental separation site during cesarean delivery for placenta previa obscures the surgical field and quickly leads to deterioration of the patient's vital signs. Tissue stiffness measured by ultrasonic shear wave elastography was positively correlated with histopathologic renal fibrosis. Ultrasonic shear wave elastography may be used as a noninvasive tool for predicting renal fibrosis.
