연구실 소개
김지훈 교수의 연구실은 간세포암과 관련된 조기 진단 및 치료 전략 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 특히 중기에서 후기 단계의 간세포암 환자에서 수술적 치료가 생존에 유의미한 이점이 있음을 규명해 왔습니다. 또한 간석류성 담도암(hepatolithiasis-associated cholangiocarcinoma)의 병태생리학적 기전과 염증이 암 발생에 미치는 영향을 분석하며, 분자 기반 생물학적 마커를 통해 위험도 분류를 위한 새로운 생물학적 지표를 도출하고 있습니다. 최근에는 터mericin의 항암 작용 메커니즘을 규명하며 전사 인자인 NF-κB 및 STAT3 경로 억제를 통한 종양세포 성장 억제 효과를 밝혀내기도 했습니다.
