연구실 소개
박지수 교수의 연구실은 신경발생과 세포 분화에서의 에피제네틱 조절 메커니즘을 중심으로, 히스톤 변형과 미세RNA 등이 뇌 세포 형성의 시공간적 정밀 조절에 어떻게 기여하는지 연구합니다. 또한, 환경 변화에 따른 생태계 영향 평가와 인간 건강에 미치는 환경독소의 영향을 분석하며, 특히 휴대형 장치 기반의 실시간 야간 감시 기술과 모바일 클라우드 환경에서의 자원 관리 기술 개발에도 기여하고 있습니다. 이와 더불어 극지방의 해양 생태계에서의 탄소 순환 메커니즘과 폐 섬유화 유발 물질의 세포 독성 작용에 대한 기초 연구도 진행 중입니다.
