연구실 소개
김진원 교수의 연구실은 주로 소견암, 대장암, 위암 등 소화기계 암의 생물학적 기전과 치료 반응 예측을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히, 신호전달 경로(EGFR/HER2, ATM), 종양 미세환경, 영상 생물지표(CT 텍스처 분석) 및 암 치료 후 예후 평가(예: TRG 평가)에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 신약 개발 및 정밀의료를 위한 기초·임상 연계 연구를 추진하고 있습니다. 최근에는 혈관화된 신장 유도세포 기반 모델링과 항암 치료에 대한 생물학적 반응 예측에도 기여하고 있습니다.
