연구실 소개
신종환 교수의 연구실은 심폐소생술 및 심정지 이후 생리학적 변화에 중점을 두고 있으며, 특히 밸류오그램(Ballistocardiogram, BCG)을 활용한 비동기식 심박수 검출 기술과 심정지 후 미세순환 변화, 적혈구의 유동성 변화를 분석하는 데 전문성을 기르고 있습니다. 또한, 심폐소생술 중 흉부 압박의 효율성과 환자 생존율, 신경기능 회복과 연관된 생화학적 지표 분석을 통해 임상적 실질성을 확보하고자 합니다. 특히 무주택자 등 취약군의 비타민 D 결핍 상태 평가를 통해 영양 상태와 건강 결과 간의 연관성도 탐색하고 있습니다.

15This paper suggests a beat detection method for ballistocardiogram (BCG) from an unconstrained cardiac signal monitoring devices. A fiducial peak point of BCG is an I-J-K complex which corresponds with ventricle contraction and Electrocardiogram (ECG) QRS complex.
