연구실 소개
한종수 교수의 연구실은 만성질환 환자에서의 약물 사용 및 환경 노출이 건강에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 스테로이드 치료와 결핵 발생 위험, 노인 환자에서의 부적절한 약물처방(PIM), 직장 내 간접흡연과 금속 농도 간의 연관성 등 실질적인 임상적 문제를 중심으로 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 또한 헬스테크놀로지 기반의 건강관리 솔루션과 클라우드 기반 의료정보 시스템 도입을 통해 소형 병원의 디지털 전환을 지원하는 데에도 기여하고 있습니다.

15The incidence of active tuberculosis is increased in rheumatic patients on moderate-to-high dose steroid treatment. Its risk factors are the cumulative and mean daily steroid doses during the follow-up period and during the first year of steroid treatment, and a history of steroid pulse therapy.
This study confirmed that PIM prescription is common among elderly Koreans. A clinical decision support system should be developed to decrease the prevalence of PIM prescriptions.
The Dr. Youth app shows acceptable technical effectiveness, user efficiency, and user satisfaction. Future study is warranted to establish the app's clinical efficacy.

We expect that cloud-based HSPs will allow small and mid-sized hospitals, in addition to large-sized hospitals, to adopt information infrastructures and health information technology with low system operation and maintenance costs.
This study showed that exposure to secondhand smoke and blood cadmium levels are associated. Especially, there was a significant association at the workplace. Therefore, social and political efforts for reducing the exposure to secondhand smoke at the workplace are needed in order to promote a healthier working environment for women.
This is the first study to examine the factors related to integration of lifelog data from Samsung S-Health and Apple Health apps into EMR-tethered PHRs and factors related to the retrieval of medical documents from PHRs. Our findings on the lifelog data integration can be used to design PHRs as a platform to integrate lifelog data in the future.

This study demonstrated that a fatigue prediction model based on cortisol and HRV can maintain significant predictive power with a reduced number of variables. These findings suggest the potential for practical implementation in wearable devices, enabling accurate fatigue monitoring while minimizing sensor count and computational burden.
