Professor Jong‐Min Oh's research lab specializes in the intersection of technology, innovation, and corporate governance, with a focus on how technological expertise and executive incentives shape firm performance and labor market dynamics. The lab investigates the role of technological similarity in managerial compensation and job mobility, as well as the impact of executive stock incentives on firm innovation, particularly distinguishing between exploitative and exploratory R&D activities. Additionally, the lab contributes to power electronics through advanced design of low-voltage power management integrated circuits (PMICs), addressing critical trade-offs in device performance. The research integrates empirical corporate finance with engineering innovation, offering insights into both strategic decision-making and technological optimization.

Previously synthesized novel chalcone oxime ethers (COEs) were evaluated for inhibitory activities against monoamine oxidases (MAOs) and acetylcholinesterase (AChE). This study presents concentrations of iron, zinc, copper, lead and cadmium in the feathers of 3 shorebird species (n = 29) from Okgu Mudflat, Korea in the East Asian-Australian Migration Flyways.
