연구실 소개
박준석 교수의 연구실은 일반외과 및 생체의공학 분야에서 다학제적 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 주요 연구 방향은 직장암의 병리학적 특성과 수술적 결과를 분석하여 합병증 예측 모델을 수립하고, 이를 바탕으로 최적의 수술 전략을 도출하는 데 중점을 두고 있습니다. 또한, 외과 수술 기술의 정밀도 향상과 수술 기반의 생체 신호 분석을 위한 전자 회로 설계 및 DGS(Deffected Ground Structure) 기반의 고성능 필터 기술 개발도 함께 진행하고 있습니다. 이는 의료 기기의 정밀성 향상과 수술의 안정성 확보에 기여합니다.

In this paper, a novel equivalent circuit and modeling method for a defected ground structure is proposed to design an optimized DGS lowpass filter circuit. The equivalent circuit presented in this paper has parallel capacitance to explain the fringing fields due to the defects on the metallic ground plane. Several comparisons between the EM-simulations on the DGS circuits and circuit simulations on its equivalent circuits are demonstrated to show the validity of the proposed model. Optimization
In selected cases, totally laparoscopic colectomy with transvaginal anastomosis and extraction of specimen is feasible and reproducible and may be an alternative technique for treatment of women with right colon cancer. This approach may provide both an attractive way to increase patient comfort and a bridge to "pure" natural orifice colon surgery.
In our experience, NOSE for mid- and upper rectal cancer had acceptable long-term oncologic outcomes comparable to those of conventional minimal invasive surgery and seems to be a safe alternative to reduce access trauma.
