연구실 소개
김준순 교수의 연구실은 신경과학 분야에서 뇌신경질환의 발병 기전과 진단, 치료 전략을 탐구하고 있습니다. 주로 자가면역성 뇌질환인 수막류성 경화증(NMO)과 근무력성 무력증(MG)의 생물학적 기전과 바이오마커를 중심으로 연구를 진행하며, 특히 뇌척수액 내 항체 검사와 면역세포 조절 치료 전략 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 또한 뇌졸중, 암세포의 산화 스트레스 반응, 수면 무호흡증 등 신경계 질환과 관련된 다양한 병태생리적 메커니즘을 다루며 임상적 적용 가능성을 모색하고 있습니다.

10As an objectively good sleep does not match the subjective good-sleep perception in OSA, physicians should keep in mind that OSA patients who perceive that they have slept well does not mean that their OSA is less severe.
The AQP4-Ab assay can facilitate the early diagnosis of NMO and prevent limited NMO from being misdiagnosed as MS. It can predict the poor response to first-line acute-phase treatment and probably detect the subclinical optic nerve involvement in subgroups of NMOSD. Focal neuropathy of the axillary nerve branch to the teres minor muscle was diagnosed electrophysiologically.
