연구실 소개

윤준원 교수의 연구실은 나노소재의 생체 안정성과 생체 내 상호작용을 중심으로, 특히 나노입자가 생체에 미치는 독성 및 생물학적 영향을 체계적으로 규명하고자 합니다. 주로 실리카, silver, 산화철 나노입자 등의 생체내 분포, 배설 경로, 장기 독성 및 유전자 손상 메커니즘을 동물 모델(대왕원숭이, 래트 등)을 활용해 연구합니다. 또한 녹색 차 추출물 EGCG나 아미노산 유사물질이 간 기능에 미치는 보호 작용과 같은 생체 내 대사 조절 메커니즘에 대해서도 다룹니다. 나노의학 응용을 위한 안전성 평가와 생물학적 기반의 치료제 개발이 핵심 목표입니다.
