연구실 소개

천정은 교수의 연구실은 뇌 및 말초신경의 미엘린 손상과 관련된 유전성 신경퇴행성 질환, 특히 레우코디스트로피의 영상학적 특징과 병태생리학을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 자기공명영상(MRI)과 CT를 활용한 뇌질환의 정밀 영상 진단 기술 개발과 함께, 어린이 환자를 대상으로 한 병변의 정량적 평가 및 대조형제의 뇌조직 축적 영향에 대한 연구도 진행 중입니다. 또한, 딥러닝 기반 영상 해석 모델을 활용한 골절 진단 정확도 향상 연구를 통해 영상의학의 정밀화와 자동화를 선도하고 있습니다.

Initial and follow-up chest radiographs, chest CT scans (n = 5) and clinical data in six patients with acute eosinophilic pneumonia were reviewed by two chest radiologists. Pulmonary metastases from osteosarcoma could be differentiated from non-metastases by using computerized texture analysis. Higher mean attenuation and larger diameter were significant predictors for pulmonary metastases, while higher mean attenuation was a significant predictor for small non-calcified pulmonary metastases.
