연구실 소개
박정환 교수의 연구실은 전자재료 및 나노소재를 기반으로 한 첨단 반도체 소자와 생체의학적 응용을 융합한 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 주요 연구 방향은 이차반도체 기반 희망성 반도체 소재의 자성 기원 규명, 고성능 구리 나노와이어 네트워크를 활용한 유연 전도체 개발, 그리고 인디움 인화수소화물 기반 양자점 발광소자의 효율성 향상에 초점이 맞춰져 있습니다. 또한 신장 기능 이상과 체내 수분 상태 평가 등 생체 전기적 특성과 질병 간의 연관성에 대한 의학적 응용 연구도 진행 중입니다.

A wireless induction heating system in a microfluidic device was devised for cell lysis to extract DNA and RNA from Escherichia coli. Epithelioid angiomyolipoma (EAML) is considered to be a potentially malignant tumor and requires a differential diagnosis from renal cell carcinoma. This paper suggests a PM10 forecast model using Long Short Term Memory (LSTM). Data used for the study are collected from Seoul, Korea for the period of January 2005 up to March 2016.
