연구실 소개
김기동 교수의 연구실은 난소암, 자궁경부암, 자궁내막암을 포함한 여성종양학 분야에서 임상적이고 기초적인 연구를 융합적으로 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 자궁경부암의 전이 양상, 예후 인자(예: 신경주위침윤) 및 치료 반응에 대한 분석을 통해 개인화된 치료 전략 개발에 기여하고 있으며, 의료정보 시스템 기반의 프로세스 마이닝 기법을 활용한 임상 경로 최적화 연구도 진행하고 있습니다. 최근에는 바이오마커 및 약물 반응성에 대한 분석을 통해 전이성 자궁경부암의 치료 성과 향상에 기여할 수 있는 새로운 접근법을 모색하고 있습니다.

15The aim of this review is to examine the current status of gynecological cancer in China focusing on epidemiological data. Epidemiological data on gynecological cancer in China is sparse. The type of metastasis and completion of initial treatment were associated with prolonged survival in patients with disseminated cervical cancer, and over 20% of patients with lymphatic metastasis were salvaged with volume-directed radiation with concurrent chemotherapy. Perineural invasion (PNI) has attracted attention as a new prognostic factor for cancer. We aimed to investigate the prognostic value of PNI in patients with cervical cancer.
