연구실 소개
김광일 교수의 연구실은 노화 및 만성질환과 관련된 병태생리학을 중심으로, 노인 환자의 수술 예후 예측과 관련된 다차원적 취약도 평가, 염증과 혈압 변동성 간의 연관성, 그리고 대사 및 신경계 질환에서의 신호전달 경로(특히 Wnt/β-카바네틴 및 DKK1 경로)의 역할을 연구하고 있습니다. 특히 한국 노인 인구에 적합한 취약도 지수(KFI) 개발과 함께, 종양에서의 미세위상 불안정성(MSI)의 임상적 의미 규명에도 기여하고 있습니다. 이는 임상적 예후 예측 및 개인 맞춤 치료 전략 수립에 기여할 잠재력을 지닙니다.
