연구실 소개
이경한 교수의 연구실은 고주파 전력변환 기술과 반도체 메모리의 신뢰성 향상을 핵심으로 삼고 있습니다. 특히 메가헤르츠 수준의 고주파 스위칭을 구현하는 단일 스위치 리조낸트 컨버터 설계와 그 응용 분야에서의 저손실 및 저노이즈 성능 향상에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 또한, 20nm 이하의 NAND 플래시 메모리에서 발생하는 전하 유실 및 전하 증가 메커니즘을 정밀한 컴팩트 모델링을 통해 분석하여 메모리의 장기 신뢰성을 확보하는 데 기여하고 있습니다. 이는 고성능 전력전자 소자 및 내구성 있는 메모리 기술 개발에 기여하는 기초 연구입니다.
