연구실 소개

우경미 교수의 연구실은 나노구조 생체소재를 중심으로 조직공학과 줄기세포 분화 조절 메커니즘을 연구하고 있습니다. 특히 폴리라크티드 산(PLLA) 및 폴리스티렌 나노섬유 기반의 인공 Extracellular Matrix를 개발하여 뼈 및 치아 세포의 분화를 유도하고, 이와 관련된 세포 신호전달 메커니즘을 규명하고자 합니다. 또한, 나노소재의 표면 특성과 단백질 흡착, 세포 반응 간의 상관관계를 분석함으로써 조직 재생의 기초를 마련하고자 합니다.

The clpB gene in Escherichia coli encodes a heat-shock protein that is a close homolog of the clpA gene product.
