연구실 소개

이대원 교수의 연구실은 주로 암 생물학 및 신약 개발 분야에서 활동하고 있으며, 특히 대장암의 분자적 변이와 치료 반응 간의 연관성을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 유전자 변이(예: PI3K, RTK-RAS 경로)가 환자의 생존율에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 개인화된 치료 전략 수립에 기여하고 있으며, 뇌막전이성암과 같은 치료 난이도 높은 암의 치료 전략 개발에도 기여하고 있습니다. 특히, 면역조절 단백질 발현을 기반으로 한 예후 예측 지표 개발을 통해 조기 암 환자의 재발 위험을 정량적으로 평가하는 데에도 기여하고 있습니다.

Feedback Linearization vs. Adaptive Sliding Mode Control for a Quadrotor Helicopter

This paper presents two types of nonlinear controllers for an autonomous quadrotor helicopter. One type, a feedback linearization controller involves high-order derivative terms and turns out to be quite sensitive to sensor noise as well as modeling uncertainty.
