연구실 소개
이동호 교수의 연구실은 간암, 간질환, 위암 등 소화기계 질환의 영상진단 및 임상적 평가에 중점을 두고 있으며, 특히 간세포생식모세포성암(HCC)의 열라디오레이션 치료 및 MRI를 이용한 종양 구별 진단, 비알코올성지방간질환의 영상평가 기법 개발 등 진단 영상 기반의 정밀의료 기반 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 또한 위암의 영상학적 스테이징 및 헬리코박터 파일로리 항생제 내성 메커니즘에 대한 분석을 통해 임상적 치료 전략 수립에도 기여하고 있습니다. 연구는 임상적 유용성과 기술적 혁신을 융합한 실용적인 의료 솔루션 개발을 목표로 합니다.

15RFA is a safe and effective first-line treatment for early-stage HCC, with a 5-year survival rate of 67.9%. High serum α-fetoprotein level, advanced Child-Pugh class, and presence of portosystemic collateral vessels had a significant negative effect on overall survival.
