Kuroha教授の研究室では、消化器がんの早期診断に向けたバイオマーカーの同定を主眼としており、特に腸管由来のオルガノイドから放出されるエクソソームミクロRNAの診断的意義を解明しています。また、内視鏡的治療の最適化を目指し、生検を回避するエビデンスの構築にも取り組んでいます。さらに、希少な消化器リンパ腫の内視鏡像を高倍率内視鏡技術で詳細に解析する研究も進めています。
