연구실 소개
송미현 교수의 연구실은 주로 청소년 및 성장기 환자를 대상으로 한 골절 및 골수성 장애의 비침습적 치료 전략과 생분해성 금속 생체재료의 임상적 응용을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 골절 치유 촉진을 위한 초음파 치료(리피드 인트라오스테오시스 유도 치료, LIPUS)와 생분해성 마그네슘 합금을 활용한 골성장판 보호 기술 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 성장판 기능 유지와 장기적인 골격 유착 예방에 기여하고자 합니다. 이는 청소년 환자의 기능적 회복과 수술적 재수술 위험 감소에 기여하는 핵심 연구 분야입니다.

In this study, we created an inclusion nanocarrier of icariin (ICA) and β-cyclodextrin-alginate conjugate (ICA/β-CD-ALG) and determined its in vitro osteogenic ability on MC3T3-E1 cells.
