연구실 소개
박민선 교수의 연구실은 DNA 복제와 손상 복구를 담당하는 핵심 단백질들, 특히 PCNA, FEN-1, XPG, RAD52, RPA 등의 상호작용 메커니즘을 중심으로 유전자 안정성과 세포 생존을 규명하고 있습니다. 특히 DNA 손상 복구 경로에서의 단백질 상호작용과 그 기능적 역할을 분자생물학적·세포생물학적 방법을 통해 탐구하며, 암 발생 및 노화와 연관된 유전자 이상의 기초 메커니즘을 밝히는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 또한 신장 기능 이상과 관련된 신체적 변화, 예를 들어 신장 과초기화(GFR 증가)와 생존율 간의 관계에 대해서도 임상 epidemiology적 접근을 통해 연구하고 있습니다.
