연구실 소개

김민수 교수의 연구실은 생분해성 플라스틱의 환경적 영향을 해소하고자 생분해성 고분자 및 생물학적 분해 메커니즘에 대한 기초 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 동시에 약제 제형 제조 공정의 최적화를 위해 입자 기반 수치 시뮬레이션 기법인 이산 요소법(DEM)을 활용한 제약 공정 모델링도 전개하고 있으며, 유체의 자유 표면 흐름을 정밀하게 시뮬레이션하기 위한 고도화된 VOF 기반 알고리즘 개발도 진행 중입니다. 최근에는 탄성파의 모드 변환을 제어하는 메타표면 기반 신소재 설계에 있어서도 혁신적인 이론적 및 실험적 성과를 내고 있습니다.

O2 free radicals: cause of ischemia-reperfusion injury to cardiac Na+-K+-ATPase

The role of O2 free radicals in the reduction of sarcolemmal Na+-K+-ATPase, which occurs during reperfusion of ischemic heart, was examined in isolated guinea pig heart using exogenous scavengers of O2 radicals and an inhibitor of xanthine oxidase. Ischemia and reperfusion reduced Na+-K+-ATPase activity and specific [3H]ouabain binding to the enzyme in ventricular muscle homogenates and also markedly lowered sodium pump activity estimated from ouabain-sensitive 86Rb+ uptake by ventricular muscle

Transmodal elastic metasurface for broad angle total mode conversion
