연구실 소개

김률 교수의 연구실은 뇌전이성 폐암, 뇌경변 및 뇌내압 관련 신경영상 생체지표, 파킨슨병의 조기진단 및 운동병변 예측, 헤어티움-두경부암 치료 전략, 그리고 철저한 뇌심부자극술(DBS)의 장기적 효과에 이르기까지 신경종양, 신경퇴행성질환, 종양내과 및 신경외과학 분야의 임상적 문제를 중심으로 다학제적 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히, 종양 미세환경, 뇌척수액 생물학적 마커, 영상유도 치료전략 등 정밀의료 기반의 개인화 치료 전략 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다.

There may be discordant responses to an ICI of lung cancer between primary lung lesion and BM based on discrepancies in the tumor microenvironment. The diminished infiltration of PD-1<sup>+</sup> TILs in tumor tissue within the brain may be one of the major factors that hinder the response to anti-PD-1 antibody in BM.

Our findings suggest that both MMSE-MoCA conversion tables are useful instruments for transforming MoCA scores into converted MMSE scores in Korean patients with PD, regardless of educational level. Our data do not provide evidence supporting the role of peripheral inflammation in idiopathic rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder.
