연구실 소개
김상균 교수의 연구실은 헬리코박터 파일로리 감염의 진단 및 치료 지침 개발을 중심으로, 특히 한국인 환자에 특화된 임상 지침의 근거 기반 개선에 주력하고 있습니다. 기존의 전문가 의견 기반 지침에서 벗어나, 체계적 문헌 검토와 증거 기반 접근법을 적용한 지침 개발 과정을 통해 진료 현장에 실질적인 지침을 제공하고자 합니다. 또한, TGF-β 시그널링 경로와 세포 사멸 유도 메커니즘에 대한 분자 기전 연구를 통해 위암 발생 메커니즘을 규명하고자 합니다.
