연구실 소개
주상훈 교수의 연구실은 일제 식민지 시대 한국의 정부 기관, 교육 시설, 의료 및 법조 시설의 건축적 특성과 변화를 분석하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 조선총독부가 작성한 원형도면을 바탕으로 한 역사적 건축 자료의 재해석을 통해 현대 도시 공간의 기원을 탐구합니다. 전통 한옥에서 현대 정부 기관으로의 변모 과정, 특히 1910년대의 리모델링 사례를 중심으로 건축적 전환의 양상과 공간 구성 원리를 분석합니다.
