연구실 소개

송상훈 교수의 연구실은 주로 성기능 장애와 감염성 질환의 생물학적 기전을 규명하고자 하며, 특히 성기능저하증, 조루 및 난임 관련 질환의 메커니즘과 치료 전략을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 항결핵치료제의 약물 농도 모니터링 및 개인 맞춤형 용량 조절 기술 개발을 통해 치료 효과를 극대화하고, 전통 발효제품인 누룩의 미생물 군집 분석을 통해 건강 기능성 물질의 발견에도 기여하고 있습니다. 특히, 신경 손상 이후 발기부전이 발생하는 분자 기전을 다각도로 분석함으로써 새로운 치료 타겟을 제시하고 있습니다.

Monitoring of anti-tuberculosis drug concentrations and dose adjustment can be helpful in cases that show poor response to treatment. Analysis of Microflora Profile in Korean Traditional Nuruk

A variety of nuruk were collected from various provinces in Korea, and their microflora profiles were analyzed at the species level. A total of 42 nuruk samples were collected and when the viable cell numbers in these nuruk were enumerated, the average cell numbers of bacteria, fungi, yeast, and lactic acid bacteria from all nuruk were 7.21, 7.91, 3.49, and 4.88 log CFU/10 g, respectively. The layered perovskite compounds NaLnTiO4 (Ln = Y, La–Tb) have Ln2O2 rock-salt layers alternating with Na2O2 rock-salt layers on either side of a TiO2 sheet. The cation ordering introduces an internal electric field perpendicular to the layers. Ion exchange of Li+ for Na+ changes the rock-salt Na2O2 layers into OLi2O antifluorite layers but does not change the charge of the layers or, significantly, the internal electric field.
