Professor Sang Joon Shin's research lab specializes in translational oncology, focusing on the biological mechanisms and clinical management of rare and aggressive cancers, particularly mucosal melanoma. <b>Objective:</b> Mucosal melanoma is an aggressive malignancy with a poor response to conventional therapies.
