민상일 교수의 연구실은 이식 의학과 조직공학 분야에서 활발한 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 고형기증 시스템 정착과 연계된 이식 성과 향상 전략, 타크롤리무스 혈중 농도 변동성과 이식 기증자 기능 간의 연관성, 3차원 생체조직 구조물의 혈관화 기술 개발 등 핵심 과제에 집중하고 있습니다. 특히 약물 유전체학적 요법 최적화와 생체재료 기반 조직공학을 융합한 임상적 응용 연구가 두드러집니다.

Postoperative routine duplex surveillance failed to prove superiority compared with selective duplex after physical examination for reducing arteriovenous fistula maturation failure. However, the wide 95% confidence interval for the effect of intervention precludes a firm conclusion that routine duplex surveillance was not beneficial.
