연구실 소개
고성준 교수의 연구실은 염증성 장질환, 특히 크론병과 궤양성 대장염의 발병 메커니즘과 치료 전략을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 NF-κB 신호 경로를 타겟으로 한 약물의 장내 염증 억제 효과에 초점을 맞추며, 메트포르민과 프로색소신 같은 기존 약물의 신규 용도 발견에 기여하고 있습니다. 또한 간병성 장기능 장애와 스트레스, 수면 리듬 이상이 장기능에 미치는 영향에 대해서도 심층적인 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 최근에는 감염성 병원성 미생물의 전파 경로와 역학 분석을 통해 급성 장염의 원인을 규명하는 연구도 함께 진행하고 있습니다.
