연구실 소개
이성용 교수의 연구실은 주로 소아내과 및 신경생물학 분야에서 활동하며, 특히 어린이의 대사질환(예: 제1형 당뇨병, 당뇨성 케톤산증)과 신경발달 관련 신호전달 경로의 기전을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 또한 코로나19 변이 바이러스가 어린이에게 미치는 영향, 특히 기도염증성 질환(예: 기관지염, 기관지확장)과의 연관성에 대해서도 지속적인 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 신호전달 경로 중 IGF1R와 Wnt 경로의 상호작용을 동물 모델을 통해 분석함으로써 뇌신경세포 생성의 분자 기전을 밝히는 데 기여하고 있습니다.

Girls with NPP showed higher proportion of high PRL than CPP group. High PRL group showed more features of prepubertal response in NPP group, and associated with decreased odds for CPP, suggesting the possibility of PRL role on breast development while suppressing hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis activation in NPP girls.
The objectives of this study are to apply univariate search and genetic algorithm to tank model, and compare the two optimization methods. Hydrologic data of Baran watershed during 1996 and 1997 were used for correction the tank model, and the data of 1999 to 2000 were used for validation.
