연구실 소개
이승미 교수의 연구실은 탄소 나노튜브를 비롯한 2차원 물질과 나노소재의 전자구조, 안정성 및 에너지 저장 메커니즘을 밀도함수이론 기반의 이론적 계산을 중심으로 연구합니다. 특히 수소 저장 메커니즘, 나노튜브 내 수소 분자의 정착 거동, 결함이 광물성 및 전기적 성질에 미치는 영향을 깊이 있게 분석하고 있으며, 나노소재의 합성 및 응용 가능성을 고려한 기초 연구를 지속하고 있습니다. 또한, 표면 결함과 반응성, 산소 분자의 첨착 거동 등 나노스케일 반응 메커니즘에 대해서도 실험과 이론을 융합한 연구를 수행하고 있습니다.
