연구실 소개
이승현 교수의 연구실은 생물의학적 질병 모델과 신진대사, 신경영상 기술, 병원체 진단, 그리고 나노전자 소자의 기초 연구를 융합한 다학제적 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 건성 안증 환자 모델의 회복 메커니즘, 고압을 이용한 단백질 재조립, 뇌혈류 측정을 위한 MRI 기반 영상 기술, 희귀 감염병의 신속 진단 기법 개발, 그리고 전하에 민감한 나노소재 기반의 이온 트랜지스터 설계 등 다양한 분야에서 혁신적인 기술 개발을 이끌고 있습니다. 연구는 임상적 응용과 기초 생물학적 원리의 통합을 목표로 하며, 의학 및 생명공학 분야의 실질적 발전에 기여하고 있습니다.

The liver stiffness values on 2D-SWE can be affected by both fibrosis and necroinflammatory grade and can provide excellent diagnostic performance in evaluating the fibrosis stage in various pediatric liver diseases. However, clinicians should be mindful of potential confounders, such as necroinflammatory activity or transaminase level, when performing 2D-SWE measurements for liver fibrosis staging.

Pulmonary metastases from osteosarcoma could be differentiated from non-metastases by using computerized texture analysis. Higher mean attenuation and larger diameter were significant predictors for pulmonary metastases, while higher mean attenuation was a significant predictor for small non-calcified pulmonary metastases.
