연구실 소개
전소연 교수의 연구실은 나노입자의 생체 내 행동 메커니즘과 독성 메커니즘을 규명하기 위해 표면 특성, 특히 표면 전하가 세포 흡수에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 또한 신경질환의 신경염증 기전을 밝히기 위해 PET 영상 기반의 신경염증 마커 분석을 통해 복합성 통증 증후군(CRPS)과 같은 만성 통증 질환의 병태생리학을 탐구하고 있습니다. 최근에는 고성능 유기 반도체 소재를 활용한 안정적인 유기 플래시 메모리 소자 개발을 통해 유기 전자소자 분야의 응용 가능성을 모색하고 있습니다.

Complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) is characterized by severe and chronic pain, but the pathophysiology of this disease are not clearly understood. This study provides substantial evidence that SCGs are at risk for depression and malnutrition, which can further affect cognitive decline. As such, these factors should be well assessed and monitored among SCGs for patient with cognitive impairment.
