연구실 소개

조수정 교수의 연구실은 주로 반추동물의 미생물 메타게놈을 활용한 특이적 생체촉매의 유전자 발굴과 기능 해석을 핵심으로 삼고 있으며, 특히 췌장염 및 간질환과 연관된 병원성 미생물의 기능적 유전자 분석과 식물병 저항성 유전자 기반 육종 기술 개발에도 기여하고 있습니다. 최근에는 임상 데이터 기반 맞춤형 건강 관리 앱 개발과 금융시장의 불공정 거래 규제 체계 분석 등 다학제적 연구로 확장되고 있습니다. 특히, 배추과 식물의 뿌리혹병 저항성 품종의 체계적 평가 및 검정 방법 개발을 통해 농업 생태계의 지속 가능성을 높이는데 기여하고 있습니다.

The purpose of this cross-sectional study was to examine factors associated with nurses' resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic. Data were collected in the latter half of 2020 from 904 nurses across Japan, Republic of Korea, Republic of Turkey, and the United States. The questionnaire included the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale 10, plus demographics and 20 questions about practice environment, workplace safety concerning infection control, COVID-related experience, and organizational support.

Young HCC patients showed a poorer prognosis than older HCC patients because they have a more advanced tumor stage at diagnosis. However, age was not an independent prognostic factor when stages were matched. Therefore, we suggest that periodic surveillance in young chronic hepatitis B virus carriers would improve outcomes.

A bacterial strain, designated CY22, was isolated from the interior of balloon flower (Platycodon grandiflorum) root in the Republic of Korea.
