연구실 소개
윤순진 교수의 연구실은 유기 전도성 고분자, 특히 PEDOT:PSS 기반의 고도로 도핑된 전도성 필름과 나노구조 산화막의 합성 및 응용에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 주요 연구 방향은 전도성 고분자의 전기적 성능 향상, 알루미나 기반 산화막의 원자층 증착을 통한 전자소자 및 OLED의 수명 연장, 그리고 2차원 반도체 소자에서의 저저항 접합 기술 개발입니다. 특히, 환경 친화적이고 효율적인 전도성 소재 및 보호막을 설계하여 에너지 효율성과 지속가능성을 동시에 확보하는 데 기여하고 있습니다.

The materials characteristics of Al2O3 films grown on a Si (100) substrate by traveling wave reactor atomic layer deposition were investigated in the growth temperature ranging from 250 to 500 °C. 최근 한국에서는 저탄소 녹색성장이 새로운 국가발전 패러다임으로 제시되 고 녹색성장이란 용어가 유행어처럼 확산되고 있다. 이 글에서는 녹색성장 개념의 이념적 기초를 살피기 위해 이제껏 국제사회에서나 우리 사회에서 지배적인 담론 으로 부상한 “지속가능한 발전” 개념과 “생태 근대화”와 비교 분석하여 이 두 개 념과 어떠한 관계에 있는지 이론적으로 평가한다. 그리고 정부가 추진 중이거나 추진 예정인 다양한 사업들에 대한 검토와 분석을 통해 실제로 녹색성장 개념이 어느 정도 진정성 있게 추구되고 있는지 확인한다. 그 결과 저탄소 녹색성장 개념 은 성장지상주의적 본질을 내포하여 지속가능한 발전 개념의 가치를 담아내지 못 하는 하위 개념으로서 지속가능한 발전 개념을 폐기하거나 대체할 수 없으며 이 를 실현하기 위해서는 지속가능한 발전 개념을 보다 큰 틀 속에 위치시키면서 녹 색경제를 지향하는 하위 전략으로 추진되어야 함을 알 수 있었다. 녹색성장 개념 을 생태근대화론에 비교해보면 경제성장과 환

Very uniform films could be deposited on polyethersulfone (PES) by plasma-enhanced atomic layer deposition (PEALD) using as O-precursor at temperatures ranging from 90 to 150°C.
