연구실 소개
조석기 교수 연구실은 주로 폐 및 식도 질환의 외과적 치료와 진단에 초점을 맞춘 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 기흉, 식도 테두리 파열(보에하브 증후군), 폐암의 전이 및 재발에 대한 수술적 접근법과 PET-CT를 활용한 종양 대사 활성도 분석 등 정밀의료 기반의 외과 치료 전략 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. 또한 병변의 특성에 맞는 최적의 치료 방법을 선별하고, 수술 후 합병증을 최소화하는 데에도 연구가 집중되어 있습니다.

15Boerhaave's syndrome is the most severe disease in the esophageal perforation. The purpose of this report is to evaluate the outcome in patients who were treated with primary repair for Boerhaave's syndrome regardless of the time interval.
