연구실 소개

김태민 교수의 연구실은 줄기세포 유래 외소체를 활용한 피부재생 치료 및 혈액계 종양, 특히 자연살해세포/티세포 림프종(NK/T-cell lymphoma)의 예후 요인과 치료 전략을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 iPS세포에서 유래한 간엽줄기세포에서 배출되는 외소체가 피부세포의 증식을 촉진하는 메커니즘을 규명하며, 피부 재생 치료의 새로운 전망을 제시하고 있습니다. 또한, 난소성 림프종의 국소 침습성과 예후 간의 연관성, 그리고 표적항암제의 임상적 유효성에 대한 다학제적 연구를 수행하고 있습니다.
