연구실 소개
김태훈 교수의 연구실은 유기합성화학과 신약개발을 융합한 고효율 촉매 반응 기반의 C-N 결합 체계를 개발하고 있으며, 특히 니켈 촉매를 활용한 아릴화 반응을 통해 약물화학에서 핵심적인 구조인 아릴 및 헤테로아릴 설폰아미드 유도체를 효율적으로 합성하는 데 주력하고 있습니다. 또한, 신경재활 분야에서는 뇌-컴퓨터 인터페이스 기반 기능적 전기자극과 행동관찰훈련의 융합적 적용을 통해 뇌졸중 환자의 상지 운동기능 회복에 기여하는 치료 전략을 개발하고 있습니다. 추가로 고혈압과 뇌졸중의 장기적 연관성, 심방세동 환자에서의 혈栓예측 점수의 유효성, 그리고 한국 돼지 품종의 분자유전학적 특성 분석 등 다양한 의학 및 생물학적 문제에 대한 다학제적 연구도 진행하고 있습니다.

15The purpose of this study was to investigate whether action observational training (AOT) plus brain-computer interface-based functional electrical stimulation (BCI-FES) has a positive influence on motor recovery of paretic upper extremity in patients with stroke. Among patients who underwent redo-AF ablation, those with more PV reconnections showed better clinical outcomes than those with fewer PV reconnections. The mechanism of AF recurrence might be different in patients with lower numbers of PV reconnections during redo-procedures.
