연구실 소개

이원종 교수의 연구실은 주로 유기 태양전지와 산화아연 기반의 고성능 전자소자에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 특히 광흡수 특성과 나노구조 제어를 통해 태양전지의 전환 효율을 극대화하는 데 기여하고 있습니다. 또한 알루미나나이트라이드(AlGaN) 기반의 극자외선 발광다이오드(LED)에서 빛 추출 효율을 높이기 위한 신소재 및 나노복합 기반의 혁신적 설계 전략을 개발하고 있습니다. 연구는 나노구조 제어, 광학적 상호작용, 전자적 성능 향상의 통합적 접근을 통해 에너지 변환 소자의 핵심 기술을 선도하고 있습니다.

Expression of Bombyx mori 30Kc19 Protein in Escherichia coli and Its Anti-Apoptotic Effect in Sf9 Cell

Abstract The silkworm hemolymph has an anti-apoptotic activity in insect, mammalian, and human cell systems. The protein from silkworm hemolymph with the highest apoptosis inhibiting activity was found to be 30Kc19 protein, which was one of the ‘30K proteins’.
