연구실 소개
이우주 교수의 연구실은 의료 영상 및 유전체 데이터 분석을 기반으로 한 정밀의료와 생물정보학적 모델링에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 특히 진단 테스트의 정확도 평가, 암 및 심장질환의 예측 모델링, 고차원 유전체 데이터 간의 상관관계 분석을 위한 스parse CCA 기법 개발 등 임상적 응용과 통계적 이론의 융합을 추구합니다. 또한, 공공보건 위기 대응을 위한 모델링 및 데이터 통합 연구를 통해 실시간 의사결정 지원 체계 구축에도 기여하고 있습니다.
