연구실 소개
황용석 교수의 연구실은 3D 영상 재구성과 적층 형상의 광학 제어 기술을 중심으로, 적층형 적층 영상(인티그랄 영상)과 고해상도 3D 디스플레이 기술을 개발하고 있습니다. 특히, 방향성 백라이트 시스템과 볼륨 헬로그래픽 요소를 활용한 시간분할 자가스테레오스코픽 디스플레이 기술, 나노미터 수준의 열적 거동과 응력에 의한 융해 거동을 해석하는 다물리적 모델링 기법을 접목하여, 고속 레이저에 의한 나노소재의 초고속 융해 및 초과열 거동을 정량적으로 분석하고 있습니다. 이는 고성능 3D 디스플레이 및 나노소재의 열적 안정성 설계에 기여합니다.

15AbstractThe mission of the National Spherical Torus Experiment (NSTX) is to prove the principles of spherical torus physics by producing high-βt plasmas that are noninductively sustained and whose current profiles are in steady state. This research investigates structural change made by Naver's online news section and how it has impacted the overall traffic flow of Korea's online news. This paper examined 45 websites in 2008 and 2010, and the total number of pages viewed within these sites was considered in the analysis. A folded RF front-end with merged LNA and mixer is designed in 0.25 mum CMOS process for low power applications. The designed low power RF front-end uses the folded and current reuse techniques. It consumes 13.8 mW from 1.7 V supply voltage, while 5.2 dB NF and 25.7 dB conversion gain are achieved. A variable gain LNA with large and continuous gain variation is proposed. By adding a simple gain-control loop at the second stage of a cascade LNA, a continuous gain tuning range of 28 dB is achieved. The maximum gain and NF of the LNA are 19 dB and 2.1 dB, respectively, while the DC power consumption is 13.5 mW.
A dual-band direct conversion receiver front-end is designed in 0.18 mum CMOS process. It is composed of two LNAs and a dual-band mixer. A dual-band mixer uses the switched inductor matching network to select the bands such as 2 GHz and 5 GHz band. In the low-aspect ratio tokamak regime, a lower q(a) regime (i.e. q(a)<=5, A =R/a =1.5) has been explored in CDX-U, and the ultra-low-aspect-ratio tokamak regime (1.05 <= A <= 1.5) has been explored in TS-3. Using a relatively low toroidal magnetic field, plasma discharges with Ip <= 53 kA and q(a) >= 4[qcy(a) >= 1] have been obtained in CDX-U.
