연구실 소개
송요성 교수의 연구실은 주로 신경과학 및 정밀의료를 융합한 영상진단 기반의 질병 연구를 중심으로 활동하고 있습니다. 파킨슨병의 진행 양상과 도파민성 손실을 정량적으로 분석하는 SPECT 및 PET 영상 기반 연구를 통해 조기 진단 및 예후 평가에 기여하고 있으며, 뇌의 염증 반응과 신경 회복 메커니즘을 탐색하기 위한 동물 모델을 활용한 분자 영상 기술도 개발하고 있습니다. 특히, 신경 회복과 신경 퇴행성 질환의 분자 기반 기전 규명을 목표로 하며, 임상 영상 데이터와 분자 표적 영상제품을 결합한 정밀의료 전략을 추구하고 있습니다.
