연구실 소개
윤창기 교수의 연구실은 망막 퇴행성 질환, 특히 망막증후군(RP)과 노인성 화도맥락성 황반변성(nAMD)을 중심으로 망막 구조와 기능의 상관관계를 분석합니다. 고해상도 산란광학간섭단층촬영(FD-OCT)과 다중 영상 모odal 이미징 기법을 활용해 망막 미세구조의 변화와 시각 기능 저하의 연관성을 규명하고 있으며, 특히 갈망세포와 내측 망막의 생존 메커니즘 및 산화 스트레스에 대한 세포 보호 작용에 대한 연구도 진행하고 있습니다. 이는 향후 신약 개발 및 개인 맞춤형 치료 전략 수립에 기여할 임상의학적 기반을 마련하고자 합니다.

Based on these results, the inner retina, including the GCIPL and RNFL, maintains its gross integrity longer than the photoreceptor layer in RP. Additionally, thickening of the inner retina may have some functional implications in patients with RP.
CKD-701 is a biosimilar to the reference ranibizumab in terms of efficacy, safety, and immunogenicity for the treatment of patients with nAMD. Moreover, improvement and maintenance of visual outcome were achieved through PRN regimen.
